I’m a bilingual literary translator with roots in Brazil and a lifelong love for art in all its forms. Stories carry emotion, rhythm, and meaning. Helping them cross borders is something I’m truly passionate about and proud of.

My training at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies gave me the tools to translate with precision and creativity, whether I’m working on novels, children’s books, or poetic prose.

I specialize in English ↔ Brazilian Portuguese translation, with a growing portfolio that includes fantasy fiction, comedy scripts, and novels.

Before launching my translation career, I spent six years as a caregiver in the United States, where I currently reside, and two years as an administrative assistant in Brazil. These experiences shaped my sensitivity to language, emotion, and cultural nuance, qualities that now guide every literary project I take on.

I approach each work with clarity, care, and a deep respect for the author’s voice. Collaboration, constructive feedback, and continuous growth are at the heart of my practice. Whether I’m translating a child’s wonder or a character’s inner turmoil, my goal is always the same: to honor the soul of the story and make it thrive in another language.
